From a real estate perspective, Redondo Beach is broken into two distinct areas….North Redondo which is generally everything north of 190th and South Redondo which is everything south of 190th. (see map below) North Redondo generally has a greater variety of housing options and prices are generally considerably less than South Redondo. Some of the neighborhoods or areas are the Golden Hills, TRW tract, and the Golden Triangle. Unlike North Redondo, South Redondo extends all of the way to the beach and many homes offer great ocean views. Much of the reason for South Redondo’s increased value is that it feels much closer to the beach and is a bit less densely populated.

South Redondo

Located along some of Southern California’s finest beaches, South Redondo Beach has something to offer everyone and due to looser zoning and some larger complexes, oceanfront and ocenan view living might be more affordable than you think.
Hollywood Riviera

The area of Hollywood Riviera actually offers homes in both Redondo Beach and Torrance and has a variety of housing options sure to please anyone. Some neighborhoods lie right on the bluff with cool ocean breezes and a distinct beach feel, while others lie on tree lined streets and offer a sense of privacy and seclusion not common in the South Bay.
The Golden Hills
The Golden Hills lies just east of Hermosa Beach and Just South of Manhattan Beach and consists primarily of 2 story single family homes. Due to the narrow but deep lots this neighborhood offers some of the best prices per square foot in Redondo
The Village & Esplanade
The Village and Esplanade areas consist primarily of condo complexes often with stunning ocean views or even oceanfront locations. The Village is comprised of Seascapes 1, 2, and 3 as well as the actual Village townhomes and condos. The Esplanade has a variety of oceanfront buildings
