March Sees only 30 homes sell in Redondo But at Big numbers
Welcome to the real estate market report for Redondo Beach CA. March 2024 was on the slow side with only 30 home sales and closed escrows during the month. That said prices were impressive.
The average asking price was $1,748,619 with the average closed sale price at $1,765,828 which was a big increase from $1,598,789 in February.
The homes that sold averaged $942 per square foot and averaged 47 days on market before selling. That said the median days on market was a very brief 10. Yes the Redondo Beach real estate market is alive and well!
The top sale of the months was $3,775,000 for a newer construction (2021) single family home in the Hollywood Riviera at 811 Calle De Aroboles.
